Han Cui

Han is an experienced trial and commercial litigation attorney. She excels in setting and executing winning case strategy, and represents founders, startups, and growth-stage companies in their most consequential disputes — from pre-litigation through trial and appeal. She brings the same level of experience and advocacy in alternative dispute resolution forums.

She spent eight years practicing litigation and alternative dispute resolution at top "Big Law" firms — Kirkland & Ellis and McDermott Will & Emery — representing corporate clients on both sides of the "v" in commercial disputes with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake.

Most recently she served as in-house counsel at Minerals Technologies Inc., a global, multi-billion dollar public company, providing legal counsel on supply chain, commercial contracts, and commercial disputes. Han brings a client-focused, business-friendly approach to all of her cases.
