Joe is the head of litigation at Founders Law, providing outside counsel to startups and founders whenever disputes arise. With 10+ years as a litigator, he handles all phases of litigation, from pre-suit disputes through written discovery, depositions, and formal resolution at arbitration or trial. He brings deep trial experience from national firms across product liability, toxic tort, commercial, and complex litigation.
